BBC News has reported that the American government issued an apology for deliberately infecting hundreds of people in Guatemala with gonorrhea and syphilis.

On October 1, 2010, BBC News reported that the American government issued an apology for intentionally infecting mentally ill Guatemalans with gonorrhea and syphilis as part of medical tests about sixty years ago. None of the individuals who were infected gave consent.
Professor Reverby Unearths Truth about Sex Infections

Medical historian, Professor Susan Reverby discovered deep in the archives at the University of Pittsburgh the shocking news about the American government’s actions.

Professor Reverby’s book Examining Tuskegee, (published in 2009), highlighted the facts and myths about a forty year, mid 20th century research project by the U.S. Public Health Service that left hundreds of African-American men with late stage syphilis untreated and deceived about their disease.

When the professor got around to writing her historical analysis about a medical research study in Guatemala between 1946 and 1948, she was shocked to discover that the State Department, Centers for Disease Control, the National Institutes of Health, and the White House were involved.

Professor Reverby’s discovery shows that U.S. government medical researchers infected almost 700 people in Guatemala with gonorrhea and syphilis.
Guatemalan President Accuses U.S. of Crimes against Humanity

Alvaro Colom, President of Guatemala has accused the United States of crimes against humanity.

BBC News reports that U.S. President Barack Obama called President Colom to apologize and stated that this act is contrary to American values.

Obama’s words to the Guatemalan president contradict numerous news stories that have surfaced over the years. On October 10, 2002, The Times journalists Chris Ayres and Michael Evans reported US Planes Sprayed Wiltshire with Sarin (sarin is the most volatile of the nerve agents according to the CDC). Crop dusters flown by American and British military personnel sprayed deadly chemical weapons that included sarin and VX over parts of the British countryside in the late 1960’s. The Times reported, “News of the tests is broken in declassified documents released this week by the Pentagon.”

Military Used Nerve Gas in '60s Tests

On May 24, 2002, CBS reported that the Pentagon admitted chemical and biological weapons were tested on navy ships in the 1960s. CBS News correspondent Vince Gonzales first broke the news story in 2000. He reported that the Pentagon conducted more than 100 of the secret biological warfare tests. In two of those tests, code-named Autumn Gold and Copper Head, more than one thousand American sailors were sprayed.

CBS reported that military officials stated two kinds of nerve gas and a biological toxin were sprayed on the ships. Four tests in the Pacific from 1964 to 1968 used sarin, nerve gas known as VX, or a biological toxin that causes flu-like symptoms.
What in the World Are they Spraying?

In an interview with Suite101 on October 1, 2010, film documentary producer Michael J. Murphy commented, “Without a doubt there are hundreds if not thousands of documented cases in which American entities have been involved in poisoning the general population for experimental purposes.”

Murphy also made reference to chemtrails. “It’s been common practice for years now that aircraft has been used for aerosol spraying that’s putting aluminum and barium on us and into our environment. And I’m sure one day they’ll give us some deceptive propaganda that this is for our own good.” He also expects that ten to fifteen years from now there will be news uncovering the truth about chemtrails.

Michael Murphy, Paul Wittenberger and G. Edward Griffin teamed up about one year ago to produce What in the World Are they Spraying? that premiers later this month.
