Chemtrails: Biggest Scandal Since 9/11. UN Bans Royal Society´s EU and Government Supported Poisoning of Us

Summary: To me, this seems the biggest and most immoral scandal in our time. Let this article be a pillar of shame for the corporate New World Order. As previously described on this blog the UNEP held its World Biodiversity Convention in Japan on 27th-29th October 2010. Ever since I have not seen a single chemtrail in the sky above my residence. In the voluminous congressional report, I fastened on the UNEP/CBD/COP/10/L.36, Art. 8. (w), stating that the world´s environment ministers (110 of them) have adopted a ban on "climate-related geo-engineering activities" and "any technology that deliberately reduces the solar insolation influence on biodiversity ", pending thorough investigations of the effect on biodiversity and the cultural and social impacts of these activities. A participant in the said negotiation, ETC Group´s Managing derektor, stated: "The British Royal Society and its partners should cancel their Solar Radiation Management (SRM)". Furthermore, the ETC Group says that future deliberations on geoengineering should take place in UN frames, where civil society can watch and influence what they are doing.”London's Royal Society has published that it is taking control over our planet's climate. Furthermore, that there is a manmade CO2 warming of the atmosphere. This postulate is now an anachronism, or rather an ideological falsehood, which became evident after IPCC chief Pachauri has stated its claim of global warming to be politically commissioned work without scientific basis - and the e-mail stamped CRU manager and manipulator, Phil Jones, has stated in accordance with solid scientific discoveries that there has been no global warming since 1995. Prof. Shepherd of the Royal Society, does not believe that the CO2 cap-and-trade will be accepted (not in the U.S.) and recommends techniques for masking incoming solar radiation, which is to be to be reflected back into space. This is done by chemtrailing. The Royal Society stated that they have "a Corporate Network" (unfortunately, the linked list to those groups has been deleted!) The Royal Society mentions its supporters: The British Foreign Office and Parliament, the European Commission, the OECD, UN agencies, the World Bank. Moreover, indirectly that the Society receives support from the Swedish and Italian governments, the UNESCO, OPEC, Microsoft, and the Environmental Defense Fund, with lots of fund directors on its board! On 22nd July 2009, John D. Rockefeller IV in the U.S. Senate reported a bill that would be a legal base for US corporations to chemtrail inside and outside the U.S.! We now have evidence of 1. the emergence of a global chemtrailing industry with great opportunities to acquire our tax money and to "solve a (fictitious) global CO2 problem globally." 2. chemtrailing being so harmful that even the UNEP Delegates at Nagoya now clearly understood the potential threat posed by proliferation of geoengineering technologies to the protection of biodiversity - to which they hopefully count humanity? 3. That the EU, UN agencies, the OECD, the World Bank, and even "our own” governments want to pour toxic substances like i.a. barium, aluminium, strontiom and thorium over us - identified fallout substances from chemtrails. Video 1 of Edward Griffin's film in 7 sections: "What in the World Are They Spraying?" shows a "responsible" scientist being directly asked about the effect of so far 10 million tons of aluminium nanoparticles in human subjects. He responded that he did not know - because there were no publications on it - but perhaps it could reveal very unpleasant consequences - and that it looks like a free ride on our children!! 4. That our MSM is irresponsibly totally governed by the New World Order agencies mentioned by the Royal Society. The MSM has not told about the dangerous chemtrails, covering the skies for years - in the U.S. since 1990, according to Griffin. The Danish Met Office even stated to me to know the phenomenon - but dared not speak about it ("We have no official position").

So far, I have not had much good to say about the UNEP –which is being called on to let ecology compete with Christianity. Here is a survey of the UNEP documents of the Nagoya Convention. Now, however, it seems as though an achieved moratorium on chemtrailing is an interim arranagement – until the UNEP has taken the full administration of this way to world governance. "The geoengineers are going to be furious with this moratorium," Silvia Ribeiro of the ETC Group acknowledges. "The last thing they want is for the United Nations to step in. They argue that a handful of governments and corporations should be free to move ahead on geoengineering experimentation without independent, international oversight.”

ETC Group NAGOYA, Japan – Geoengineering Moratorium adopted at UN Ministerial in Japan (CBD). The ETC participated in its elaboration.
In a landmark consensus decision, the 193-member UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) will close its tenth biennial meeting with a de facto moratorium on 
geoengineering projects and experiments. “Any private or public experimentation or adventurism intended to manipulate the planetary thermostat will be in violation of this carefully crafted UN consensus,” stated Silvia Ribeiro, Latin American Director of ETC Group.
The agreement, reached during the ministerial portion of the two-week meeting which included 110 environment ministers, asks governments to ensure that no geoengineering activities take place until risks to the environment and biodiversity and associated social, cultural and economic impacts have been appropriately considered. The CBD secretariat was also instructed to report back on various geoengineering proposals and potential intergovernmental regulatory measures.
Comment: This shows that the toxic chemtrailing flights took place with the approval of "our" governments - which bestowed upon us a great quantity of aluminium, barium, strontium, cadmium, radioaktive thorium, desiccated blood, mold spores, yellow fungal mycotoxins (Global Res. 12 May 2010) and much more into our lungs and stomachs – without even telling us – not even why, of course! They detest us!
The UNEP/CBD/COP/10/L.36, art. 8. (w)
“Ensure …..that no climate-related geo-engineering activities that may affect biodiversity take place, until there is an adequate scientific basis on which to justify such activities and appropriate consideration of the associated risks for the environment and biodiversity and associated social, economic and cultural impacts, with the exception of small scale scientific research studies that would be conducted in a controlled setting in accordance with Article 3 of the Convention, and only if they are justified by the need to gather specific scientific data and are subject to a thorough prior assessment of the potential impacts on the environment; 
Without prejudice to future deliberations on the definition of geo-engineering activities, understanding that any technologies that deliberately reduce solar insolation or increase carbon sequestration from the atmosphere on a large scale that may affect biodiversity (excluding carbon capture and storage from fossil fuels when it captures carbon dioxide before it is released into the atmosphere) should be considered as forms of geo-engineering which are relevant to the Convention on Biological Diversity until a more precise definition can be developed.”
Art. 8 (x) goes: “Make sure that ocean fertilization activities are addressed in accordance with decision IX/16 C, acknowledging the work of the London Convention/London Protocol;” Right: Red dots indicate ocean fertilization experiments:Tons of iron put into the sea to stimulate plancton photosynthesis to consume CO2 – and probably totally changing the biodiversity of the seas.
The unusually strong consensus decision builds on the 2008 moratorium on ocean fertilization (an insane project without any real basis). That agreement, negotiated at COP 9 in Bonn, put the brakes on a litany of failed “experiments” – both public and private – to sequester atmospheric carbon dioxide in the oceans’ depths by spreading nutrients on the sea surface.
“This decision clearly places the governance of geoengineering in the United Nations where it belongs,” said ETC Group Executive Director Pat Mooney. 
“The UK Royal Society and its partners should cancel their Solar Radiation Management Governance Initiative and respect that the world’s governments have collectively decided that future deliberations on geoengineering should take place in the UN, where civil society can watch and influence what they are doing.”

Delegates in Nagoya have now clearly understood the potential threat that deployment of geoengineering technologies poses to the protection of biodiversity.
On 31 Oct. Danish blog.TV2. dk also brought the announcement on the chemtrail ban – but so far I have seen nothing about chemtrail banning in the MSM – probably because to them, chemtrails do not officially exist!
London´s Royal Society: “Geoengineering - taking control of our planet's climate: The SRM governance initiative, a major new initiative to ensure strict governance of any plans for solar radiation management (SRM) geoengineering, undertaken by the Royal Society, in partnership with the TWAS, the academy of sciences for the developing world (administered by UNESCO, contributions from the EU, OPEC, Microsoft, Swedish and Italian governments i.a.) and the Environmental Defense Fund -EDF” (which managed to have efficient and comparatively harmless malaria pesticide, DDT, banned – countless deaths ensuing. Very may investors and capital managers on its board of trustees. This initiative is currently underway.)

Prof. John Shepherd: “There is a lot of technical options to make geo-engineering. Man-made climate change is happening and its impacts and costs will be large, serious and unevenly spread. The impacts may be reduced by adaptation and moderated by mitigation, especially by reducing emissions of greenhouse gases. However, global efforts to reduce emissions have not yet been sufficiently successful to provide confidence that the reductions needed to avoid dangerous climate change will be achieved. This has led to growing interest in geoengineering, defined here as the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the planetary environment to counteract anthropogenic climate change.”
This study divides geoengineering methods into two basic categories: 1. Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) techniques, which remove CO2 from the atmosphere. As they address the root cause of climate change, rising CO2 concentrations, they have relatively low uncertainties and risks. However, these techniques work slowly to reduce global temperatures. 2. Solar Radiation Management (SRM) techniques, which reflect a small percentage of the sun's light and heat back into space. These methods act quickly, and so may represent the only way to lower global temperatures quickly in the event of a climate crisis. However, they only reduce some, but not all, effects of climate change, while possibly creating other problems.
The report recommends:* Parties to the UNFCCC should make increased efforts towards mitigating and adapting to climate change and in particular to agreeing to global emissions reductions of at least 50% on 1990 levels by 2050 and more thereafter * Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and Solar Radiation Management (SRM) geoengineering methods should only be considered as part of a wider package of options for addressing climate change. CDR methods should be regarded as preferable to SRM methods. * Relevant UK government departments, in association with the UK Research Councils, should together fund a 10 year geoengineering research programme at a level of the order of £10M per annum. * The Royal Society, in collaboration with international science partners, should develop a code of practice for geoengineering research and provide recommendations to the international scientific community for a voluntary research governance framework.

So, now any doubt about chemtrailing should be dissipated: The UN and the London Royal Society admit it. The Royal Society confesses that strong New World Order orgnisations are behind: UNESCO, The EU, The World Bank, the OECD, the UN, The OPEC, Microsoft, British, Swedish, and Italian governments, strong investment managers and coroprations able to bring about the chemtrailing. A mendacious industry has developed worldwide to make money and “global solutions for a (fictitious, non-existing) global CO2–problem” Unfortunately the link http://royalsociety.org/corporatenetwork/ to the Royal Society´s interesting corporate partners no longer works.
This, of course , arouses suspicion: Are there more eugeneticists and here, a movement that fused with environmentalism, in order to control the world and reduce its populations (Georgia Guidestones, The Rockefeller (De)population Council) than Bill Gates among them? The poisons of the chemtrails suggest this intention.
Where are the rulers of the world, the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds in the anonymous Corporate Network? “Paul Nurse, Rockefeller University’s president since 2003, will leave the university in December 2010 to assume the presidency of the Royal Society of London. The president of the Royal Society acts as an independent advisor on science to the British Prime Minister. Nurse is a British-born geneticist and cell biologist who was awarded the 2001 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine

We know that on July 22, 2009, John D. Rockefeller IV reported this bill on geo-engineering of the climate to the US Senate. “The Director may enter into cooperative
agreements with the head of any department or agency of the United States, an appropriate official of any State or political subdivision of a State, or an appropriate official of any private or public agency or organization to conduct research and development pertaining to weather mitigation (f.eks. Rockefeller Foundation, o.a.). ACTIVITIES - The national research and development program required by section 5(a) may include the following activities related to weather mitigation: A) Research related to cloud and precipitation physics. (B) Cloud dynamics and cloud modeling. (C) Improving cloud seeding-related technologies. (D) Severe weather and storm research. (E) Research related to potential adverse affects of weather mitigation.
Lionel Walter Rothschild was invested as a fellow, Royal Society in 1953. Miriam Rothschild was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1985. The London Royal Society is particularly mentioned by ETC Group´s chairman as the mastermind behind the geo-engineering that we have all witnessed, but which does not officially exist! It has further mighty partners to fund it and to contribute scientifically and practically towards geo-engineering the world, e.g. the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills and Living With Environmental Change – a partnership of 22 major UK public sector funders and users of environmental research, including the research councils and central government departments. Here is a long list of partners - among them the DEFRA, a partner of the Futerra – which practises calls its brainwashing greenwashing.
Finally I will mention art. 9 (a) of the The UNEP/CBD/COP/10/L.36 stating the following: “Requests the Executive Secretary to: Collaborate with the United Nations Environment Programme and the United Nations Development Programme in reviewing and revising the resource kit for national capacity self assessments (NCSAs) with a view to ensuring that implementation of activities identified in the such assessments better reflects decisions of the Conference of the Parties on biodiversity and climate change.” Good bye national “self assessment”/independence.
