-There are those who are unaware and will parish. (Far too many, thanks to the actions of mainstream media and government)
-There are those who are in denial and will parish. (Sometimes mistakenly accused of being members of the following group and will probably not clue in in time.)
-There are those (debunkers or cointelpro's) who are in the know, and are hard at work to dis-inform others so that the evil they have chosen remains unquestioned. (Their judgment day will arrive sooner than they may wish. Anonymity of the keyboard does not carry over to public talks very well, does it?)
-There are those who will investigate and take measures regarding limited exposure and risk mitigation methods. (They may survive, but under what cost to their freedoms?)
-and finally, There are those who will stand up and speak out, cast aside fears of being persecuted. These are the ones that can make a difference; for themselves, their loved ones as well as on behalf of the unaware innocent.

What camp do you belong to?

From my research on this subject I have found a myriad of groups involved and many co-opting agendas at play that all come together under this one, decades long event.

It is quite astounding how something this big could be so well insulated from public scrutiny for so long. What is even more embarrassing is that we are all guilty of funding these agendas through taxation and allowing our own monies to go unchecked towards these black operations and the international collectivist NGO's that compartmentalize in order to cap their own employees, keeping them out of knowledge circle of the bigger picture. - Just doin' my job sir!

Most of these internationalists, many in politics, many from scientific communities and a smaller group of wealthy, intend on destroying freedom and firmly believe that they are the chosen ones.

Through the Malthusian beliefs they are true to Darwin - the only twist that is thrown in is that through technology, survival will be determined by something other than natural selection.
It will not be by war or genocide, by firing squad with mass graves. A bullet to the face would be too blatant, a war - too accountable and too inefficient at achieving the 80% decline in global population. (80% seems to be the universally accepted goal among these groups.)

However, the common man will accept and continue on if their loved ones succumb to cancer, heart disease, respiratory failure, Alzheimer's, sterility or a pandemic. Hard to trace, yes? and what common man keeps count of mortality rates and epidemiology studies?

Why are public officials literally running away when confronted about geoengineering then? It is long overdue to gather solid evidence and expose this to the masses.

I am very much looking forward to the results of "project twitcher" in which direct in flight plume samples will cause "dead air" with a great many of the online debunkers.

A special thanks goes out to all who stand up and speak out against this obvious evil that is continuing. My advice is to ignore and not respond to the critics and debunkers - their voice is getting weaker with every person that becomes aware.

These photos were taken with my cell phone (sorry about the quality) the video was taken around Abrams and NW Hwy today December 11th 2010. Showing the results of the aerosol spraying known as Geoengineering or better yet CHEMtrails. Please watch the documentary "What in the world are they spraying" to learn more about this important issue. The media MUST be forced to report on it, if they don't they will continue to loose creditability and eventually will understand that the people are fed up with being lied to. Who will be the first Media outlet to buck the corporate stranglehold and pioneer a campaign of truth no matter the results. I guarantee the first Meteorologist that decides to step up to the plate, and take one for the team, will be taken care of by the people. Don't worry about your job, you will find opportunities you cant even dream of if you have the people behind you. It will be difficult, but worth it. The alternative is to continue doing what your doing and loose your job eventually, due to your station going under, because they will loose their viewers as daily one by one wake up to the truth behind your lies and disinformation. So, what will it be? Do what's right and report the facts? Or continue to tell us what we see is not what we see?

The scientific data is in and the fact that your government/military is conducting a campaign over your heads that has not been tested as per it effects on your health or the environment. I wont speculate as to the reason, thats not my job. My job is to report the facts and what is being sprayed is harmful, and is real. Demand the truth, hold your elected officials feet to the fire. You have no choice in this matter.

As for me...
If ever there was a reason for you to be outraged, this is it. If you don't believe in the Government conspiracies about Fluoride, or GMO foods the reason for the cancer, thats fine by me, and its your right to live your life accordingly. But the issue I'm presenting to you with this video and photos, you don't have that option. You are being forced to breath in the heavy metals that are being sprayed in our sky, better known as Geoengineering, or for those of us who call it like we see it Chemtrails.

Now before you start rolling your eyes and acting like your on the recess grounds in elementary school calling people names, you must understand this isn't a question of do they exist or not the data has been in and the patents for the process and hardware to accomplish it are published. I don't want you to believe me, I want you to go look it up and watch the documentary called "what in the world are they spraying". Just youtube the title and you can see it for free. After you watch it then by all means tell this Air Force vet that he doesn't know the difference between Condensation ice crystals in the form of a CONtrail are the same as the long lasting expanding clouds of aerosol spray that have patented compounds (aluminum, chromium , and sulphur compounds just to name a few).

You can be susceptible to illness if you don’t have enough vitamin D (actually a hormone). Winter is especially bad, and people who don’t ever see the sun, who stay inside, who avoid the sun, whose weather is cloudy most of the time, or “chemtrail white out,” are probably going to be the sickest of all.

An Arizona weatherman used the term, “filtered sunshine,” while our local Abilene weatherman used the term, “wispy clouds.” Same thing; chemtrails!

The solar industry is going to be affected also, for it depends on sunlight.

UN Climate Concern Morphs into Chemtrail Glee Club

In Cancun, Mexico, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is under pressure to overturn the UN ban on chemtrails. This would dissolve an agreement reached in October at the UN Convention on Biological Diversity conference in Japan. In that landmark decision, the 193-member CBD agreed by consensus to a moratorium on geoengineering projects and experiments.

The US has not agreed to it. Citing profits, the US further refuses to cut greenhouse gas emissions attributed to global warming, the purported concern of the United Nations. Instead, it seeks to expand its geoengineering projects for which hundreds of patents have already been filed. (See sampling below.)

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) opened the Cancun conference last week by discussing geoengineering options that will be further explored in Peru later this year. Such environmental modification (ENMOD) programs include putting mirrors in space, iron seeding the oceans, planting genetically modified forests, and chemtrailing the skies. Of course, all of these activities are already well underway.

The next UN climate change assessment report, AR5, is due out in November of 2014. It will include geoengineering options, said Indian businessman and economist, Rajendra Pachauri, who chairs the IPCC. In his introductory comments in Cancun, he stated, “The scope of the AR5 has also been expanded over and above previous reports, and would include, for instance, focused treatment of subjects like clouds and aerosols, geo-engineering options,” and the usual climate related issues.

Shady Science and Corporate Profits

The IPCC has been condemned for inflating temperature records and exaggerating estimates of glacial retreat. IPCC chair Rajendra Pachauri has also been criticized for his “extensive interests in companies that stand to benefit from carbon trading,” and for using his position “to attract major funding to his own organization, The Energy and Resources Institute2 (TERI), known previously (and concurrently by some), as the Tata Energy Research Institute,” noted the Science and Public Policy Institute in an April 2010 investigative report entitled, “Dr Rajendra Pachauri and the IPCC – No Fossil Fool.”

The Tata Group, “has a total market capitalization worldwide of some $77 billion, with major involvement in energy and energy-related industries, including carbon trading,” reports SPPI.

Tata is also linked to India’s war on tribes. Ongoing corporate ecoterrorism and land grabs led world-renowned author Arundhati Roy to agitate on behalf of indigenous peoples, demanding freedom for the people of Kashmir’s disputed territory. Last week, Delhi filed charges against her for defense of tribes characterizing it as “waging war against the state.” Corporate dominance was slowed, however, when a ‘real Avatar tribe’ won a stunning victory over mining giant, Vedanta Resources, last August. (See the 11-minute, award-winning film, “Mine: Story of a Sacred Mountain.”)

It bears repeating that the man connected to Tata, Mr. Rajendra Pachauri, chairs the IPCC which advises the UN on climate actions.

Global governance on geoengineering has a history of profiteering. In CASE ORANGE: Contrail Science, Its Impact on Climate and Weather Manipulation Programs Conducted by the United States and Its Allies,” researchers revealed that “the proposed scenario by the IPCC in 2001 is identical to the claims” in Hughes Aircraft’s 1991 patent. Hughes was acquired by Raytheon, a major defense contractor, in 1997.

Delivery systems aren’t the only types of patents related to chemtrails. Aluminum is part of the various metal-chemical cocktails sprayed and is highly toxic to plants, therefore representing a serious threat to normal agriculture. For over thirteen years, biotech scientists have researched aluminum resistant genes in plants, finally isolating one in 2007. Today, a "new generation of genetically engineered crop research" seeks to develop aluminum-resistance in commercial crops.

Environmental watchdog ETC Group* notes in its 56-page report, “Geopiracy: The Case Against Geoengineering," that, “there is a complex web of connections between big capital and the global technofixers, comprised of researchers, multinational corporations and small start-ups, the military establishment and respected think tanks, policy makers and politicians. The non-profit institutions that promote geoengineering are well connected with the private sector.”

On December 6th, energy and environmental ministers from around the world began meeting to discuss a “balanced package of decisions.” Louise Gray at The Telegraph advises, “It is generally agreed that a global deal to cut emissions is unlikely.”

Instead, these UN meetings on climate change appear to be more about protecting pollutive industry practices and promoting another environmentally toxic industry: geoengineering. It would almost be laughable except for the homicidal and ecocidal affect of such plans.

*Blogger Cassandra Anderson recently noted that the ETC Group is partly funded by the Ford Foundation, “known for supporting depopulation.” So far, ETC has adamantly opposed geoengineering, as well as genetic engineering, both suspected depopulation tools. However, ETC also denies current ENMOD activities, saying “there is no actual deployment to govern.”

The UN ban on Geoengineering does not include the United States. Are unknowing Canadians guinea pigs in U.S. chemtrail experiments?

On December 4, 2010, several military planes continued dropping chaff over the Juan de Fuca Straight between Sooke (Victoria) BC and Port Angeles WA.

The chaff, otherwise known as a chemtrail, is used in radar deflecting and geoengineering (weather modification). The chemtrail is not to be confused with a contrail (normal vapour from a plane). Chemtrails do not dissipate like contrails instead they linger in the sky and slowly spread out.

Witnesses say that the planes circled a large area over the straight, seemingly trying to block out the sun. The planes, flying at a higher altitude than commercial airlines, flew back and forth in a circular motion, leaving long trails behind them that contaminated the blue sky.

Chemtrail spraying was first confirmed in Victoria at the Victoria International Airport in December 2000, by Airport Authority Terry Stewart. He described the government spraying program as a “joint Canada-U.S. military operation”, where jets were laying plumes in lingering Xs, circles and tic-tac-toe grids over the city.

This was later verified in March 2001 by the Air Traffic Control manager with the Federal Aviation Association (FAA) for the northeaster seaboard of the United States, who admitted that US AirForce (USAF) was crossing into Canadian air space. The purpose of the mission was stated as weather modification.

Chemtrails have been know to contain; barium, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, and dibromethane. All of which can cause cancers, respiratory ailments, heart problems, and other illnesses.

The UN Ban

The UN banned geoengineering in October 2010 at the UN Convention on Biodiversity in Nagoya, Japan.

Delegates from 193 countries agreed to ban all weather modification programs until there was sufficient evidence to validate the associated risks.

Silvia Ribeiro, director of the ETC Group (Action Group on Erosion, Technology and Concentration), stated “Any private or public experimentation or adventurism intended to manipulate the planetary thermostat will be in violation of this carefully crafted U.N. consensus.”

However, the United States would not agree to the ban and is not one of the 193 countries to sign the moratorium.

The United States on Geoengineering

The United States Committee on Science and Technology recently issued a report dated October 2010 called “climate engineering”. The report is titled Engineering the Climate: Research needs and Strategies for International Coordination. The report says:

“Climate engineering, also known as geoengineering, can be described as the deliberate large scale modification of the earth’s climate systems for the purposes of counteracting and mitigating climate change. As this subject becomes the focus of more serious consideration and scrutiny within the scientific and policy communities, it is important to acknowledge that climate engineering carries with it not only possible benefits, but also an enormous range of uncertainties, ethical and political concerns, and the potential for harmful environmental and economic side effects.” Page 3, Engineering the Climate: Research needs and Strategies for International Coordination Report.

In April 2009, White House science adviser John Holdren announced, “Global warming is so dire, the Obama administration is discussing radical technologies to cool Earth’s air.”

These radical technologies include the dispersal of a sunlight-reflecting artificial cloud cover.

Although this was the first time these procedures were discussed openly with the press, the United States had been experimenting with Geoengineering for sometime.

In 2001, scientist Lawrence Livermore stated that two different geoengineering projects were being conducted by the United States. One involved spraying aluminum particles to create artificial cloud cover. The other was spraying barium chemtrails to direct a military weapon in Alaska called HAARP.

In 1996, seven United States Air Force Officials released a study called Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025, which goes on to describe aerial obscuration by aircraft.

In 1992, the National Academy of Science created a report on greenhouse warming that included geoengineerning and examined Screening out sunlight.

Yet after all of this evidence, it still has been found that Military officials often deny claims of aerosol spraying during experimental geoengineering studies.

The Right to Clean Air

Under the Canadian Charter of rights, it is written “Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.” Which leads to the question; Is it unusually cruel to be sprayed upon with chemicals in a geoengineering experiment?

The fact that chemtrials have persisted in Victoria BC for over ten years is disheartening to say the least. However, since the UN has now banned geoengineering, the spraying in Canada should stop, and that should also include the spraying that blows over the border from the United States.
